Return & Refund Policy
At Kabo, your dog's health and your satisfaction are our top priorities. Because our meals are freshly cooked and perishable, we are unable to accept physical returns of food products for health and safety reasons. However, we stand behind everything we make and will always work with you to make things right.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our Kabo Care Team within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Email us at help@kabo.co from the email address associated with your account and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos or videos of the affected product or packaging, where possible
Once we review your request, we will provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund at Kabo's discretion.
If your dog doesn't love it
Transitioning to a new food can take time. If you have followed our transition guide and your dog still won't eat their Kabo meals, please reach out to our support team at help@kabo.co. We're happy to offer feeding guidance, recipe suggestions, and, where appropriate, a replacement or refund to help find the right fit for your pup.
Subscription orders, cancellations & skips
Kabo is a subscription service. You can pause, skip, edit, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account before your next order is processed. Orders are charged on Fridays at 12:00 PM EST the week before delivery, so please make any changes before that cutoff to avoid being charged for the upcoming box. Charges that have already been processed for meals already in production or shipped are generally non-refundable, but if you have a concern about an upcoming or recent order, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
