Returns
We accept returns up to 30 days after receiving your kibble. All returns are to be sent prepaid by the customer to:

We will issue refunds within 5 business days of receiving the returned kibble.
Return Conditions
Product must be in donatable condition to be eligible for return. Must have at least 80% of content in bag.
