1. Paw-liday Spirit Holiday Event
Get ready for a pawsome time at the "Paw-liday Spirit Holiday Event", where furry friends and festive cheer collide! They have a number of favourite activities returning, and some new ones, including:

2. Candy Cane Lane
Welcome to Candy Cane Lane, a much-loved Edmonton tradition for more than 50 years. Established in 1968, Candy Cane Lane has always been an event run by volunteers and residents. They are a festival where everyone is welcome. Everyone is encouraged to respectfully enjoy the lights and decorations as residents set up, make and buy all of their own displays.
Please be aware that weather conditions may leave many sidewalks and streets slippery. Residents do their best to keep sidewalks clear but it is not always possible to be as magical as Santa. YEG Candy Cane Lane is a two way street. Cars, buses and other large vehicles are permitted to drive the lane for those who are unable to walk. Please be sure to bring a non-perishable food donation for the Edmonton Food Bank and place them in the green bins located along Candy Cane Lane.
Walk, bike, sled or ski - Candy Cane Lane will be closed to cars on December 9, 16, and 23. The event is dog-friendly. Please keep your pet on a leash, pick up after them, and be sure that your dog is comfortable with large crowds, horses, and other dogs

3. MADE for Pets: Winter Market
You’re invited to track down great gear or gifts for your favorite pet or pet lover, making you one cool cat! Enjoy the holiday market and get popular, handmade items from local vendors. Visit the City of Edmonton, Animal Care & Control Booth to learn all pet licensing, ask questions, and even spin to win great prizes. Pets who are comfortable with other people and animals are welcome to join, provided they remain on-leash at all times.

5. Spruce Meadows Christmas Light Drive Through
The iconic Spruce Meadows welcomes you to enjoy the lights with your dog from the comfort of your vehicle. Their fire pits will be lit and their concession tent open for hot chocolate, coffee, food, and treats will be open in Founders Plaza. Leashed dogs are welcome outdoors, but not in the indoor market.

WEEKEND 1: Friday, December 8–Sunday, December 10 from 5 p.m.–10 p.m.
WEEKEND 2: Friday, December 15–Sunday, December 17 from 5 p.m.–10 p.m.
