Our new Salmon recipe is hypoallergenic- a perfect choice for Nova Scotia retrievers who have food allergies as it contains no common allergens and is made with real salmon filets. Deciding to feed a grain-free diet for your tollers is a  good decision especially when they are allergic to grains. However, finding high-quality grain-free foods is not that easy. To facilitate our tolling retriever puppies we have formulated our Savoury Beef recipe to be grain free. 

Carbohydrates & Fiber

For highly-active breeds, carbohydrates are important to fulfill energy requirements. Similarly, fiber is essential for optimal digestive health. We only use natural whole sources of carbohydrates according to the recipe, unlike many dry food manufacturers that use fillers like corn and wheat. Kabo’s list of carbohydrates only include natural sources such as rice, chickpeas, russet potatoes, sweet potatoes, and squash.
