Kabo uses human-grade animal protein in our fresh recipes as 1st ingredient which may be the best option for your dog. Including easily digestible protein can help significantly in maintaining your Great Dane’s ideal weight-a crucial factor in maintaining heart and joint health.

Carbohydrates & Fiber

Our beloved Great Dane’s major source of energy are carbohydrates and their good digestive health depends upon dietary fiber. Kabo doesn’t compromise on carbohydrate sources for your dog and chooses only natural whole sources of carbohydrates including rice, sweet potato, squash, chickpeas, and russet potatoes- depending on the recipe. Using fillers like corn and wheat for carbohydrates, like many dry foods, are not included in any Kabo fresh recipe.

Great Danes are similar to humans when it comes to the importance of fat content in their balanced diet. Giant breed dogs have a shorter life span which can be even lessened due to environmental factors and a poor diet. You can support your dog’s digestive health, skin health, heart health and immune health by introducing Omega fatty acids into their diet.
